Obituary: Mrs. Hattie L. Young, 63, of 340 East Maple, died unexpectedly Thursday evening while visiting at the home of a neighbor, H. P. Armstrong, 410 East Maple. Mrs. Young had just walked to the neighbor's home when she suffered a coronary occlusion. A daughter of David and Sarah (Butler) Boyer, she was born Jan 8, 1894, in Henry county. On Oct. 30, 1915, she was married to Darrell Young who survives with a son, Harley Dean Young, Toledo, and three grandchildren. Surviving also are three sisters, Mrs. Webb Buchanan, Hoytville; Mrs. Floyd Dishong, McComb; and Mrs. Frank DeAngelo, Toledo; and a brother, Charles Boyer, Deshler. She was a member of the Deshler Order of Eastern Star and the Deshler Methodist Church. Services were held at 2 p. m. Sunday in the Church, the Rev. Raymond Moore officiating. Burial was in McComb Union cemetery.
