Funeral services for Lou "Blondie" Jordan, 54, of Route 1, Hamler were held at Dubbs-Rodenberger Funeral Home, Deshler, the Rev. Herb Heavner officiating. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Deshler. Mrs. Jordan died in her home. She had been ill for the past year. She was born May 28, 1927 in Salyersville, Ky., to Sherman and Mary (Montgomery) Adams. She married Clark Jordan on June 8, 1946 and he survives. Also surviving are four sons, Bobby Joe of Dupont, Dearl Wayne in the U. S. Army; Cecil "ROcky" and Billy Joe both of Hamer; daughters, Mrs. Richard (Donna Jean) PAxton of Napoleon; Mrs. Paul (Phyllis) Stevens of Leipsic and Mrs. Larry (Barbara Kay) Taylor of Hamler; 14 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; four brothers, Frank, Rex and Blake all of Salyersville, Ky., Harlow of Leslie, Mich., and a sister, Mrs. Nell Flint, of Thelma, Ky. Mrs. Jordan was a housewife and a machine operator at Claude Sintz, Inc. for 10 years. She lived in the Hamler-Deshler area since 1951.
